INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR FIELD TRIP

ARRIVAL TO THE FARM
Upon arrival to the farm, please DO NOT unload your bus or vehicles. If a tour guide does not immediately greet you, please send in the escort or driver to notify us of your arrival.

OUR TOURS START PROMPTLY!
Please be on time. If you are late, part of your tour may be cut short to keep the next class on schedule. Please allow approximately 1.5 hours for your tour.

ADMISSION FEE 
All visitors, including students, siblings, parents, chaperones, escorts, etc. will be charged the $6.00 per visitor admission fee (1 teacher admission free per 20 students). All paid visitors are welcome to enjoy all activities included in the field trip experience. We accept cash or checks, only one check per group please.  Tours must be paid 30 days in advance so we do not take time away from the farm experience and can order pizza.  Pizza lunch is available at an additional charge of $4.00 each including a drink and treat.

BEHAVIOR ON THE FARM
In order to have a fun, safe and educational learning experience at the farm, our Tour Guide's directions must be followed.  We ask teachers to monitor their students' behavior at ALL TIMES;this is a working ranch with multiple ponds and waterways and is critical to ensure everyone’s safety. Distractive students, parents or teachers will be asked to sit out the remainder of the tour at the Tour Guide's discretion.

SNACKS / PICNICS
We welcome you to enjoy our pizza or your own snack lunch in the shade. However we do ask you to reserve this area at the time you book your tour, so that we have an area available for you. We also ask that you clean up ALL trash after your picnic.

PETS
Absolutely no pets allowed.

CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel your tour, please do so ASAP or no later than 48 hours prior to your tour, so we can open your space for another school.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your reserved field trip time, there will be $50.00 deducted from your total fee received.  There are no refunds, however we will accommodate and rebook your visit using your credit balance first. Cancellations must be confirmed in order to avoid additional fees!

RAIN OUTS
Cancellations due to rain must be made by 8 a.m. the morning of your scheduled tour, or we will have a tour guide ready to greet you at your reserved time. Please call us to check weather conditions at the farm. Our 48 hour cancellation policy does not apply on rainy days.
