Three Cross Ranch

Three Cross Ranch was purchased and established on September 30, 2005 by the Cline Family (Greg & Lisa and children Colby, Courtney and Santos);  it was their desire to restore the old Fanini Family Ranch that once served Placer County for many years. The Fanini Family had sold the ranch and it sat uncared for, for at least a decade.  The old pear orchards have been replaced with peaches, plums, nectarines, cherries, apples, apricots and pears.  We have harvested our first fruit this summer (2008), and plan on being fully operational come next season; we have received raving reviews from all who have tasted!

There are 380 fruits trees, 2,000 Grand and Doug Fir Christmas Trees, raspberries, a large pumpkin patch and pizza ingredients.  We will be offering a pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm, Pizza Farm, fruit stand. All tours available by appointment only. 

And last the PIZZA FARM.  We were excited to purchase the Pizza Farm Franchise from Darren Schmall in Madera, California; this is a unique opportunity to tour the only farm in Placer County that actually grows pizza. We are located at the beautiful Three Cross Ranch, on Pear Drive off of Hwy 49 and Kemper Road. Bring your students and enjoy a guided tour of the Pizza Farm, a visit with our farm animals, and a walking tour around the ranch. Culminate your farm experience with a pizza or sack lunch under the shade trees; guaranteed to be the most fun, educational and tasty farm field trip in the foothills.
